Mike Farrell has more than nine years experience managing accounting departments for $10 million to $1.5 billion companies. He has significant financial reporting and tax preparation experience. Most recently, Mr. Farrell was vice president of finance and administration at The Bostonian Group (BG), a $10 million benefits and workforce management consulting firm located in Boston, MA, with overall responsibility for payroll, cash, accounts payable and receivable and management reporting and regulatory filings, as well as the budgeting process. Prior to his tenure at BG, Mr. Farrell worked for a regional accounting firm for five years and then as an accountant for a $1.5 billion electronics distribution company for three years. Mr. Farrell is a certified public accountant and holds a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Massachusetts and a M.B.A. from Suffolk University.
