John Meagher brings to Roseview real estate expertise developed through work experience at New Boston Fund, Inc., Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., and most recently Morgan Stanley Real Estate.  While at Morgan Stanley, he was an integral member of the San Francisco-based asset management team, which managed the daily administration of a $5.7 billion dollar portfolio consisting of 25 million square feet of office, multi-family, retail, and industrial assets located in numerous West Coast markets.  Mr. Meagher also worked on noteworthy deals including a 200,000 square foot lease with Google in downtown San Francisco named 2007 San Francisco Business Times Best Office Lease; the development of a 65,000 square foot Toys ”R” Us/Babies “R” Us store in Portland, Oregon; and the disposition of several assets totaling $65 million in gross sales proceeds.

Mr. Meagher received his B.A. degree from Trinity College.  He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Massachusetts.
