The Roseview Group’s Story
In January 2001 Vince Costantini founded Roseview Capital Partners, committed to the vision that privately held, closely held and family led companies have unique qualities. He envisioned a team of talented senior level executives with operating experience, exceptional relationship skills, and transactional expertise who would join him in advising clients in the broad “middle market.”
In its first four years, Roseview focused on project based services for strategic and organizational transformations tied to - and geared toward - capital markets transactions. Gradually, Vince found partners who shared his vision and possessed extraordinary, complementary expertise in industries ranging from financial and business services to energy, commodities and real estate. The firm expanded its Boston offices and opened a Seattle location. At the same time, Vince recognized the need to complement the transactional side of his firm with a broader range of services on the consultative side to address the full array of entrepreneurial client needs: consultative services encompassing strategy and business operations, family systems, governance and continuity planning.
As a result, in June 2005 Roseview Capital Partners announced the formation of The Roseview Group, bringing an unparalleled range and dimension of services for entrepreneurial companies through two complementary practice groups, Roseview Advisors and Roseview Capital Partners.
The Roseview Group is a rarity in the advisory community. Our advisors have the first-hand feel of having spent the bulk of their lives inside entrepreneurial companies. We understand, embrace and celebrate the uniqueness of these companies in every phase of development. We share our clients’ values and vision and enjoy mutual, long term relationships because we have walked in their shoes.
“When we offer insight it is from the perspective of having worked in the trenches.”
