Background

Brian Callahan brings to Roseview experience from the financial services industry and real estate development that spans from Mississippi to New Jersey to Massachusetts.  Prior to joining Roseview, he was a Project Manager for Toll Brothers, Inc. in Hoboken, New Jersey.  He created and managed the $600 million budget for an 800-unit, mixed-use, multi-building project called Maxwell Place, Toll’s premier, urban high-rise development in the U.S.  He also supervised the final planning board approvals for the third phase and the marketing, sale and delivery of more than 400 upscale, residential condominium units which produced more than $500 million dollars in revenue.

 

Mr. Callahan received a B.S. degree from Boston College and a M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll Graduate School of Management.  While at Boston College, Mr. Callahan played hockey in its Division 1-A program, competing at the highest level, and represented the USA team in the 1997 College Hockey World Championships.  In 1992, he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins and competed in the East Coast Hockey League, the developmental league for the National Hockey League.
