Unlike some firms that have adapted their business plans to survive the current market downturn, Roseview Capital Partners is not a recent convert to the advisory business. Instead, Roseview was formed in early 2001 with the mission to both advise and execute complex capital markets assignments. At that time, after a career in the investment management business, founder Vince Costantini saw a largely unmet need among real estate institutions and entrepreneurs for advisors that could both think strategically and execute tactically.
Over nine years in business as Roseview, we have developed a highly successfully practice with offices in Boston and Seattle and a substantial book of business in Atlanta, while maintaining a high-touch, “boutique” approach. We specialize in the most difficult assignments and advise only a handful of clients at a time, and on a highly confidential basis. Those clients have included some of the largest and most dynamic real estate finance, investment and operating companies in the country.
Our partner-centric practice is known for its problem-solving skills, seeking imaginative and dynamic ways to help our clients create and/or capture value at a level of risk with which they can be comfortable. As a group, we are open-minded and humble in our relationships. But at the same time we have exceptionally strong opinions about what will work based on our partners’ years of experience, capabilities and characteristics, and a tendency to offer those opinions with candor that is direct while remaining respectful.
